Key Project Elements
- Emergency Repair works were carried out on a 200m stretch of road at N71 Sparrograda
- Replacement of existing 600mm culvert with a 900mm culvert & headwalls
- Installation of a 2nd 900mm culvert including headwalls to accommodate future heavy rainfalls
- Set up traffic management & diversion routes while road was closed for duration of works
- Construction of a new safety bund along the verge, topsoiled & seeded
- Placement of 670m2 carriageway & tie into existing road surfaces
- All line marking & road studs reinstated
- The works were completed over a programme of 1 week
